MLegal’s Antitrust and Competition team specializes in managing all aspects of cartel investigations and litigation. We have a proven track record of assisting clients with the defence of cartel complaints, information gathering, representation before regulators, and drafting leniency applications. Our extensive litigation experience also enables us to handle the aftermath of such investigations, including appeals and jurisdictional remedies before various courts and tribunals worldwide.
Our team is also well-versed in competition law and has assisted clients in identifying and addressing monopolies and dominant positions by conducting market analyses, reviewing contracts and practices that influence the relevant market, and providing guidance in defending and initiating investigations before the Competition Commission of India (CCI). We also assist clients in navigating the merger and acquisition process by submitting combination filings and conducting competition analyses.
We represent clients before various institutions including the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India in investigations and litigation procedures. We also offer advice and support to clients based in and outside of India in filings for mergers with the CCI.
